To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please bring the following: The document(s) that need to be notarized All signing parties must be present A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a North Carolina driver’s license
You’ll need to provide one of the following forms of valid government-issued photo ID. IDs may be current or expired no more than 3 years from the date of notarization:
1. Driver’s License
2. State Identification Card
3. US Passport
4. US Military ID Card

A Notary Loan Signing Agent is a notary who has received specialized training and certification to handle real estate loan documents. I am proudly certified through the National Notary Association (NNA) and continue ongoing education through Notary Stars, a comprehensive online training platform specifically designed for notary signing agents.
YES. AND YES. Both are required to become a Notary Public in the State of North Carolina.
