  • As a Notary Public, I am a government-appointed official who serves as an impartial witness during the signing of important documents. Please note, however, that notaries are not authorized to provide legal advice.

  • To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please bring the following: The document(s) that need to be notarized All signing parties must be present A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a North Carolina driver’s license

  • You’ll need to provide one of the following forms of valid government-issued photo ID. IDs may be current or expired no more than 3 years from the date of notarization:

    1. Driver’s License

    2. State Identification Card

    3. US Passport

    4. US Military ID Card

  • Based out of Raeford, North Carolina, we offer mobile notary service to all throughout the county and beyond!

  • A Notary Loan Signing Agent is a notary who has received specialized training and certification to handle real estate loan documents. I am proudly certified through the National Notary Association (NNA) and continue ongoing education through Notary Stars, a comprehensive online training platform specifically designed for notary signing agents.
